I’m a small town (mountain) girl with a heart for the big city. I love movement and change and magic and stars. I come from Vikings and Gypsies, and I hear the call for the rebellious awakening every day.
✴ I am a Gemini sun + Virgo moon + Taurus rising ✴
I’ve had my heart broken more times than I can count, I believe that my brokenness has made me strong, and I will always choose the hard way (not to be confused with the stubborn way).
This year marks a decade of sobriety and working twelve-step programs for me. Every day I am grateful for the journey I have walked and the foundation it has given me to work with just about anybody. My undeniable “isms” are assorted into alcohol, white powders, men and nicotine. My other, not so fragrant, “isms” look like the convoluted web of depression, self-hatred, guilt and shame, abandonment and trauma that I inherited + created for myself that inevitably drove me to places so dark that I wanted to die.
I am a suicide attempt survivor. A sexual assault survivor. A trapped-by-a-narcissist survivor. A should-have-died-because-of-all-the-wild-and-dangerous-addict-things-I-did survivor.
Point is, I get it. I know what the struggle is like and what weight feels like. I am talking the extra physical LBS, but also the heavy emotional weight. And I believe it is my divine task to help alleviate some of that weight, alchemize that pain + turn it into something manageable, beautiful, magical. We all have a story to tell and often the one we tell ourselves is self-deprecating and limiting. That ends here and now. Our struggles do not have to define us, they can be used as fuel to build a life of helping others and a life of freedom, and trust me, I know this from my own experience. I found my way through the thick anguish that encased my soul and brought myself back to life and my only desire is to guide you through it too.
I offer my hand humbly to you and ask “are you ready and willing to give yourself all that you deserve and open your heart to what the universe is begging to bless you with?” If the answer is YES, then..
LETS GO.

Actual Life Experience
As mentioned above I have experience as a rape survivor, a drug addict/alcoholic who’s gotten sober, I’ve been in really toxic relationships (intimate, friendships, and familial). I’ve traveled extensively, witnessed humanitarian crises, and worked with humanitarian organizations.
As a human, experiencing human things, I know a little bit about the depths despair can take us. I am no different or better than anyone, I just know what work with another human on this level can do. We can change the world.
